For mid-level and professional hiring where speed and candidate access are the priority. We work on an exclusive basis - one firm, fully committed to the brief, with no risk of your opportunity being shopped around the market by multiple agencies.

The exclusive contingent model gives you the focus and quality of a retained search with greater commercial flexibility. We are paid on successful placement.
